This place is a hidden gem on the east side. Good habachi. Always fresh. Good service
K's Asian Xpress looks to be owned by a lovely hardworking older Asian couple. The restaurant is a small hole in the wall in Albemarle. Food is very good and price is fairly average, especially in the economy we're in. I highly recommend if you are in the Mint Hill/Albemarle area!
Don't underestimate this place. It's a true mom and pop shop with delicious flavorful food. I always get the pad see yew and wings from here. Beware, the crab Rangoon is sweet as candy. I think it might be more of a dessert. Service and great. Prob best for take out as they only have 1-2 tables for dine in.
Ordered hibachi chicken and teriyaki chicken, veggies and fried rice. It is a small restaurant so it's best to do takeout. The food was delicious and I will be ordering from there again. The cleanliness score was great and that means a lot. I took home one of their menus so I can call ahead next time. Might try the Pad Thai with peanuts next time. There are Chinese, Japanese and Thai options available.
What a great find. My wife discovered first and I tried a bite and knew I needed to try myself! We ordered recently and it was just as good. I got a veggie hibachi and there were big chunks of veggies in a delicious sauce. The fried rice was sooo good. My wife got some plain lo main that hit the spot paired with her chicken hibachi dinner - we ate for a few days! crab Rangoon are delicious- sweet delicious. Extra white sauce is a must. Service is always quick.
This place is a total hidden GEM! The service was fast, fresh and super delicious. I came during lunch peak hours and was immediately served. Food portions are big enough for 2. It is a small Chinese, Japanese and Thai food restaurant owned by a couple. CAUTION: Their version of HOT SPICY is actually EXTRA HOT SPICY. Very clean, smells amazing and plenty of parking since most people order to go.
Food is great I've had the chicken lo mein it's delicious it's just right . They serve a good portion so I can have it for two days.
On a Monday night I placed Togo order and sat in the restaurant after a long day of moving. The next day I realized I left my wallet with over $100 in cash, no ID in it. Just a change purse. I returned today, it was given back To me untouched! Grateful for honest owners! Thank you. I will continue to support your business based on this and dinner was pretty good too!
